Greetings from The Pacific Northwest.  Right after graduating, I enrolled in Arkansas Baptist Hospital School of Nursing in Little Rock. After two years, married and moved to So. Portland, Maine. We lived there 3 years, then moved to Houston. I worked at Houston Natural Gas, he was in the Army. Things ended unfavorably. In '64 I married Bob, a Coastguardsman. We had three children, Brett-'65, Brian-'66, Kerith-'69. Our tour took us from Texas, Alabama, Alaska, to Louisiana. Bob is deceased.

 

In 1975 married Dennis(Woody), he adopted my 3 children. We moved from Louisiana to Texas then Oregon, where he retired from the Coast Guard. We lived in beautiful, historic Astoria, Lewis & Clark's destination, at the mouth of the Columbia River, we could see the Pacific Ocean from our deck.

 

Ten years ago, we bought 10 acres outside town and live very happily here. We are blessed with 8 grandchildren. Kristine-20  Derik-16

Karley-14  Audis-13  Tregg-8  Issac-5  Josef-20mo.  Marlisa-18mo. They enjoy riding the ATV around our trails. For fun, Woody and I love to camp around the Pacific NW, and prospect for gold. He has a sign manufacturing business, and I enjoy quilting with my Church family at Astoria First Baptist. I will not be attending the reunion, but do send my best wishes for good health and long life to all of you.
